Service Description

This is a call where a trained mediation intake specialist will provide you with information on the process, discuss if your conflict can be mediated by Mediation 1st or one of our partner centers across the state, collect contact information for all participants and ensure you are heard and understood as you explain your conflict and needs. ***This is not a scheduled mediation as steps to ensure confidentiality, and the process remains voluntary and nonjudgemental for all participants; this is the first step towards resolving your conflict.***
